At VoltGo, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, email helpvoltgo@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or not functioning properly, contact us immediately with photos or videos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
